Saturday 4-13-24 6am WFL Report: Awesome waves yesterday, looked so fun!! So stoked you guys got barreled!! Today is really small. There is slightly more swell the farther south you go. Wave models show it fading hard after lunch. How was the forecast? Thanks so much for the support!! More of a log wave today… Future Forecast- Maybe you should log today, 7 days without waves makes 1 weak. Next week looks really calm/small. Best south facer could get knee high loggable Wednesday but not much more than that as the big low stays in Canada. The GFS is showing a good April low forming a week from tomorrow in Texas so that model is saying it’s not over yet. We’ll be watching it but not make in a deposit in the wave bank yet!! Details below updated… Next update Monday… GC Pics below…

Tuesday 4/9 1ft southy PM.

Had a blast on the single fin this am, trading clean lil knee-thigh sets with a buddy, beach packed with spring breakers early this am. Water is like 70 with greenbacks/sardines getting hit be snook, Spring has Sprung!

Good call Micah for late afternoon waves today Saturday,
Got some fun slides from 5-7pm on TI.

South jetty had some really fun ones on Monday if you were on the south end of it. Lots of waist high rights with a few larger sets in the chest high range. A few air sections and mini toobs. Lots of fun!

Caught my usual spot this am before work and there were some lines wrapping in…I’d call it knee-thigh occasionally a bigger set would roll through. It seemed to turn off fast as the tide came in so I had no problem leaving at 1130. You could see the swell on the horizon marching South.

Surf was fun enuf. ————— was thigh to waist and super Clean. Backed off fairly quick mid am on and then Dreamy longboard from lunchtime there after.

Caught some fun ones before the squalls moved through. Was surprised to find waist high cleanish walls in Pinellas.

Another fun wave event. Knee-thigh occasional plus at that one spot in Pinellas. Last seasons storms + all the sand that got dumped on the beach have definitely changed many of the local breaks.
