Cold Front Week, Surf Alert for Wednesday 12/1.

Big Week for Cory.

Tuesday Last Day of November: Forecast from Sunday am looks to stick.
We may see a small S swell today. It’s 1ft right now in SPB and late today it may get ridable at best S facers, thigh high windswell. Tomorrow is the big blow, look for chest high surf in the afternoon at best c-front spots. Form should be good at protected spots as winds will be N and the swell NW. Thursday am sees those small leftovers, a max stomach high wave at the best “day after” spots with NE offshore winds. Going flat for next weekend with another surf producing powerful front a week out 12/7 and lots of westerly torque in the gulf before the wind goes offshore. I like this pattern. Check out The Compound for a new wetsuit, your old one has a hole in it. jijijijijijiji. Post your reports here, we’ll keep you updated! Down in PR tons of NE swell lighting up the island with N coast spots largest at 6-8ft. Another new swell to hit on Thursday. Strong NE winds bringing great WX to la isla and making surfers look around the bend for clean conditions.
Sunday 7am: A stronger cold front looks to plow the gulf on Wednesday bringing waist to chest high classic cold front surf to the best spots on Wednesday. By Thursday the wind will go offshore and we will have some knee to waist high glassy fading leftovers in the morning. Go Bucs! Have a great week.

17ft Angler For Sale.

I had always resisted boat ownership.
I was trying to keep things simple. In 2007, this little vessel landed in my lap. It’s a 17ft Angler with a 115hp Evinrude. Over the last three years I have discovered how incredibly fun boating is. If I had known this before I would have had a boat a long time ago. Boating and fishing and skurfing is a great way to have fun as a family. It can totally make the “lack of surf” depression go away and help you get ‘a fix’ of being out on the water. The area in which we live is more beautiful from the water and can thus be better appreciated from a boat. My dad always told me “the happiest days of boat ownership are the first day and the last day. The first, because you are excited to get a boat, and the last because you are excited to sell it”. Well, I can say at this point I don’t believe it because I’m bumming I have to sell my boat. It’s more than that, what I’m selling here is a dream and an instrument for sanity and a little vessel I have had great times on with my kids. And here is the thing: This boat runs great. The motor is in excellent running condition. It has a new battery, new steering cable, new axle on the trailer. I have had this boat all over Tampa Bay, countless times to beautiful Egmont and a few miles offshore grouper fishing in the gulf and it has never let me down. She has a 2.5ft draft so she’s good on the flats but the deep V hull makes her handle seas muy suave. So here she is looking for a good home and happiness. I wanted to put it here on aura first because it could be useful to a surfer. It throws a nice 1 1/2ft wake also. I am asking $2000.00. Contact info@aurasurf.com for more info.

Bucs got beat by a very good team. Simple as that. The Bucs defense was inspiring at least (despite getting burned on a few deep balls)… Aquib Talib is our best corner hands down. And Blount got some hard earned yards. But offensively, Freeman couldn’t connect with receivers to move in critical times. And that to me was the “X” factor … not being able to connect by way of wideout.

Ravens did play great Defense. they shud have went hurry up and abandon the run sooner.

barrel dodgers fav player is now our starting safety again.. cant help but think that if grimm had not got hurt we cud ve stopped them at the end and got one last chance, bucs were respectable but they ve got to beat somebody to get in the playoffs
